About

Jim Hudson is not an attorney or accountant. He has worked closely with lawyers and accountants to assist and advise businesses large and small for 30 years.

He is an expert in how to evaluate and choose the correct, most efficient tax team for families and their businesses in order to deal with the Internal Revenue Service and Treasury Department. He specializes in uncommon sense advice. Attorneys and accountants are bound by rules of conduct which prevent them from dispensing this information. A large majority of them are totally unaware because they don’t specialize in these areas.

First and foremost he believes a taxpayer should never cheat on taxes. Render unto Washington and the feds what you owe as a citizen. But not one cent more! Because the United States government is not only broke but continues to spend, the IRS is now charged to attempt to collect more than what taxpayers are obligated by the tax code to file and pay. Awareness of the new situation is 90% of solving a taxpayer’s real problem. In his writings, Jim attempts to make the taxpayer aware of the financial iceberg they now face.
